The ease and simplicity of Rob’s stunning piano playing combined with the aesthetic of his baby grand piano shell will add the perfect elegant touch to any occasion whilst the portability of his electric stage piano with a variety of audible effects and volume control can provide that vibrant party vibe that will keep your guests on their feet as they dance late into the evening.

Rob has a wide range of music genres to play and will be happy to tailor his set list to the requirements of your event whether it be formal or informal, large or intimate. A general idea of the style of music required allows Rob the flexibility to read your guests and change the set as the event goes on. This will also create a better synergy between your music, your guests and the venue.

EVENT PIANIST FAQ’S

How do we book you?

Complete the online enquiry form or contact me by email providing the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• Your venue
• Your chosen date
• Brief description of the event

I will aim to contact you within 48 hours to confirm if I am available on your chosen date. At this stage, I will then send through a booking contract with some additional T&Cs.

How do we secure our date?

A £100 non-refundable deposit (via bank transfer) is required.

Once your deposit is obtained, you’ll receive a deposit invoice to finalise your booking. Please note that your date is only secured on receipt of the deposit.

How much do events packages cost?

Event packages are completely bespoke and tailored to your requirements, please get in touch for your personalised quote.

How and when can you be contacted?

For initial enquires and new bookings please use the contact form on my website. I aim to respond to all messages and emails within 48 hours. You can also contact me via social media however once you have secured your booking, email contact is preferable to ensure all communication is in the same place.

Do you have a set list/repertoire list we can choose from?

I have an extensive repertoire list that can be found here. The songs on this list range from classical pieces and traditional jazz to instrumental piano adaptations of pop, rock, and soul hits.

Can you perform specific song requests?

Requests in advance are no problem, nor are requests on the day. A more general idea of the style of music required is preferred, rather than a long list of exact songs to play. The more flexible you can be, the more I can read your guests and change the set as the event goes on. This also means that there’s a better synergy between your music, your guests and the venue.

Can you travel to my venue and are there any additional costs for travel?

Travel to venues within 50 miles of my base in Greater Manchester as standard. For venues further away than this additional milage costs will be charged at £0.45 per additional mile.

Can we meet or arrange a call prior to our event?

Once your booking is confirmed I will be on hand to finalise the details of your event via both email and phone at no extra charge.

Can we perform abroad?

Please get in touch for a bespoke quote regarding your destination event.

Can you provide your own equipment?

I provide all of my own equipment including electric stage piano, baby grand shell and professional sound system. This provides all the benefits of an electric piano with the aesthetics of a beautiful baby grand. Please note I would require access to a power supply if I am using my own equipment.

If your chosen venue has a piano on site that you prefer, I can also use this.

Can you perform outdoors?

Yes, I can perform outdoors (weather permitting) I simply request that there is a backup plan in the event of bad weather.

Please note my piano requires access to a power supply, so an outdoor socket or the ability to run power from a nearby building would be required. Also, some venues have licensing restrictions on allowing amplified music outdoors, so please check this with your venue to make sure they are happy.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Portable Applance Testing (PAT) Certificates?

Yes, I can provide certificates for both of these on request.
